if we seriously think this 2023 offense is taking us to the 4-team glory land called the CFP.
No way Jose and I stick to my guns.
In fact, I sadly believe that Clemson's lucky bright orange stars may have passed over us while hovering over Georgia and then headed over other states South, North & West.
Record 6-straight CFP's, 4 wins and 2 Natties are a 100 year lifetime reward for any college football program..
and IF Clemson should never return again then it is still something truly rare & memorable!

Lmao and the king has spoken. Sorry but the product seen in Spring games was after a total of 13 practices and missing most of the 1st team play makers. Do you base your opinion on the magic 8 Ball you bought at the Dollar Store? I will wait until fall practice and see where things are then!!

Clemson is good. Don’t get me wrong, we may need some more time to resurgent back to that 2018 level, but it will happen.
When Dabo is done, he will have done similarly to Nick Saban. Keep in mind, Dabo’s 18 years younger. Dabo was 38 when hired, Saban was 55 when hired at Bama. He has also set a foundation. Focusing on the real, actual inner workings of the program through community of the University. What Dabo made us is what we’ll always be. And in my opinion, that culture that he created is the reason why all those great Clemson players committed in the first place. And guess what? They’re still coming along.
It’s a long-standing program. There may be some periods of time where there’s issues, but in 100 years, we’ll be considered a blue blood. We just keep winning 10 wins at least every season. No one realizes how hard that is.

Hatfield had the advantage of working out the bugs in that Blueprint at Arkansas before he arrived at Clemson.

Another Lawrence/Watson will help a lot. A big time receiver will help also. I’m not sure either of those o
Is on the team right now . This team may go as far as Shipley can take them and he MUST stay healthy all year. I still believe that the new OC can develop Klubnik into a big time winner but he needs help too. Summer workouts are very big this year. This team can win ten games but we all want more.

I would add to Wr’s that we need great OL play. But most importantly, we have to reduce the turnovers. We win even our worst games if we don’t have the turnovers (looking at you Coots).

We did not get to the Playoffs the last couple of years solely because of bad coaching and TCU did not get to the Playoffs last year solely because of good coaching. Getting to the Playoffs requires really goof talent, really good luck with injuries and probably somewhere along the line winning a game that everything pointed to a loss. Time will tell but being in the Top 4 is tough any time for any team.

No team depending on a QB such as the one the Tigers had will make the playoffs. That my fellow fans is a fact. Hopefully Klubnik will be prepared for the journey to the championship. There a chance and that is encouraging to me.
