Hartman prediction

Apparently he had a testicular torsion. My son had the same surgery in late July right before his junior year of high school football. He missed a month of practice. That was 10 years ago and I’m guessing Wake will optimize Hartmans progress. My prediction is he will be playing again by mid September.

How will not throwing for a month affect his performance? It won’t help. 80-90% mid September through mid October and back to normal after that.

Just a guess. I wish him the best and a quick recovery.

I’m not sure that’s likely. They’ll take his very slowly. There is too much risk not to. He won’t play until the end of the season if at all.

Hartman will be ready for the Clemson game. May not be 100% with respect to not having practiced for several week but he will be behind center. That's my prediction. The surgery is not major and requires several weeks of non-strenuous activity to recover. My guess is he'll be back in practice by Sept 12th.

Go back maybe ten years when he got to Wake -- I saw him in a game and posted on yardcrap. I was impressed and said so.
He sat on the bench for ten years and I was upset.
Last year he got the job and "balled out". He is my favorite player not a TIGER. He is fun to watch.

This really is a bummer for me. I have posted here on TN as to him. I am a fan.
