Anyone ever have or have had a class in Hardin hall during your time at Clemson? Defiantly one of the more historic buildings.

Yep, Philosophy Logic 101. As a senior engineering student, I needed an extra 3 hours in anything to graduate and it was the easiest A I ever had.

I think there was a big amphitheater style room in there. Probably not as big as I remember it to be.

Philosophy and business law. Business law was case studies like ncaa vs fca uga and ou. They sued on grounds ncaa restricted interstate commerce. The us supreme court ruled the ncaa did! It lead to tv deals and conference realignment. It started a string of cases ncaa lost leading to today’s college professional structure.

Had my first class there three weeks after discharge from the AF in August '71. It was psychology and my future wife was in it too. We began dating about six weeks later. Was the only class I had there.

I had a Psychology class in 1980-81 on the second floor. Horace Wyatt sat on one side of me and Miss Clemson, Shari something sat on the other side of me. I had a great time talking with both of them. I believe that they thought I was smart.. HaHa the joke was on them!!!

I am blanking on the name, but I had a US history class and prof would walk in most days and ask “Where did we end last class topic wise…” and then he would pick right back up and lecture with zero notes for the whole class. He did this the whole semester. Plus he was a nice guy to boot.

I was beginning to show interest in came to the door and tempted me to cut class. Easy decision, so I did and we went to Mac’s for a cheeseburger and the rest is history. Got married in 1990 and still refer to that day as our first date.

I believe it was in a Geography class. I liked the class and I liked the professor. But I was tired, because I worked to pay my way through school. It was warm in the room. I woke myself up to the sound of myself snoring/snorting! The professor kept right on without missing a beat, in spite of my fellow classmates snickering. This would’ve been one of my sophomore years. During one of my Junior years I was relating that story to a fellow that had become a friend and he was like, “Dude, that was you?!? I remember that! That was hilarious!”
