When the players don't do their job either, theres numerous bust coverages every single game. We got a bunch of players that can't comprehend anything

No it's the head coach we can blame because he said these players are the best of the best! That's why portal guys aren't brought in because they aren't as good as theses guys

You’ve obviously never managed anything. I manage several hundred people and when the plant doesn’t meet their goals because of poor employee performance, the accountability falls on the person at the top.

That is on the coaches too. Coaches are paid to recruit athletic talent they determine is the best. Coaches are assigned to take the talent they recruit and teach them technique and motivate them to play using the talent on every play of every game. Coaches are tasked with having a game strategy to put the players in situations where their athletic talent coupled with the techniques they have been taught will result in a win. Coaches are tasked with pulling players that do not or cannot perform in those situations and putting in someone who can and will. Coaches are tasked with using the transfer portal as a tool to bring in players they have video evidence of that can and will perform in those situations if they fail to have a player on the roster than can perform in those situations. Its all on the Coaches and assitants.
