a former band director from Greenwood High who married a former student, killed her and had her body in his freezer because an "expert" testified that her death "could"have been caused by sudden pressure on her neck which "could" have been unintentional. I guess the freezer part had no bearing on the verdict.

Makes you wonder if the truck grudge even applied to the guy shot. Maybe he aquired the truck in question while the shooter was in jail and as it seemed he didnt know anything about it

Well, okay - but you're missing the most important point: Career criminals might be getting out after a few hundred felonies, but at LEAST - thank God - prosecutors are quickly going after (HARD) any slimeballs who dare to brandish weapons when anarchists threaten the slimeballs or their property. We must focus on what's really THE priority.
