I love this site but...

Whatever ad is being used for mobile is completely ruining it for me. Every time I click a link after about 10 seconds it asks me to open in App Store or cancel. Cancel sends me to the App Store anyway. I hate to say it but I'm not going to hang around if I can't navigate the site easily. Fix it please!

It's a problem with the mobile site and it exists for both donors and non-donors. They're working on it but in the meantime you can go to the full website to avoid it.

For now if your phone is big enough, I would suggest going to settings here: http://www.tigernet.com/edit/account.do and check the 'disable mobile site' box and hit update.
We should have it fixed today.

to never use mobile. Much easier to tolerate......
Edit Account > Settings Tab > Disable Mobile Site checkbox

It's 2017... everyone should be well-versed in the practice of simply closing a window, opening a new one and getting back to business. Sure it's annoying. Yes we all know about it. Close safari (or whatever explorer you're using), open new tab, go again. Not a huge deal.

I have TigerNet saved as a bookmark on my phone & my passwords stored so and when it happens, it literally takes 5 seconds to resolve. I try not to sweat the small stuff these days. If I could resolve all my daily problems in 5 seconds, I'd be a happy man.

Meist, I saw it this morning one time. I closed safari, logged back into TigerNet and it didn't happen again. If we are being honest, it's no more annoying than the floating ads that appear in the middle of the page that require you to scroll up to get passed. From a time standpoint, those are actually more of a nuisance than the redirects to the App Store / you've won a new iPhone / gift cards ones, at least in my opinion.
