No doubt. He will probably coach another 7 year's max I would think, and win another 2 to 4 National Titles. Good for him. If we can squeeze another one in, maybe even 2, I would be thrilled. I bet Clemson will be in that playoff 6 out of that 7 in that scenario I made up. Just random predictions.

Sadly this probably is exactly how it will go down. Some coaches are "win at all/any cost". Very happy ours is not like that.

team like TA&M’s huge 2022 haul last year impacted their football team. If Saban were to go 5-7 next year, they’d be howling for blood in tuscaloosa. And it was Saban who publicly charged that Jimbo “bought his whole recruiting class”. Yet li’l nicki signed an even more expensive class this year.

we are solid, but we are not keeping up with Ohio State, Alabama, or Georgias (now you can probably count Michigan) of the world.
Before someone brings up TAM, they had ONE great recruiting class.
We are keeping the DL solid though we are slipping at DE. WR and RB are falling fast.

A generational QB and a WR room that was off the charts were part of that butt-kicking. I don't think we have had any of those since.
But if you think our recruiting hasn't slipped a notch, then we will have to agree to disagree.
