WYFF singing the UGA praises nonstop

I realize they have some UGA viewers on the fringes, but enough is enough! You're an upstate SC station. One guy even ended his report with "Go Georgia!"

Had to turn Sports off for the first time ever

Couldn't watch the station halfway into their sports section after they kept promoting Georgia. May watch the first half tonight but care less who wins.

I might check the score occasionally but don't plan on watching the game.

I have to pull for Bama. I deal with Georgia fans and having Bama as their daddy drives them nuts. Kirby Smart's days are numbered if he can't beat Bama. Also, we have lost too many players to Georgia. Go Tigers.

How do you handle UGA being CU’s daddy? Dabo can’t be Kirby!

It’s a tough game to predict. If Georgia plays like they did against Michigan, Georgia wins. I would not bet against Saban but .. if Kirby doesn’t outcoach himself, Georgia will win. Congrats to you if they do.

Nice troll job. How long did it take you to think of that?

Besides, the thread wasn't about that. It's about some game UGA is playing tonight, with Alabama I think. That Alabama school UGA has lost to the last 7 games, since 2008. But hope the dawgs play well, don't wanna see another beatdown. And if the dawgs win, y'all will have something to come on here and talk about besides 42-18-4 and 1980.

How do you handle Clemson winning three titles since Georgia in 1980 and even GT has won a Natty since UGA? Dabo with two Natty's and two wins over Bama. You are correct. Dabo is no Kirby thank goodness..

UGA, did you pull for Clemson in our national championship games? I believe you're lost--Athens is >>>> that way.

I might wager there is probably 100 Georgia fans in their broadcast area to every one Bama fan so it does not seem out of place to me. Just playing to the audience they know that they have.

Not really that many Georgia counties in their viewing area and they aren't that large population wise are they? Athens itself picks up the Atlanta Stations.
If THE WYFF GM tells us in his editorial that we should pull for our neighbors then he is living in a fantasy land. I would like to ask him who he thinks Georgia fans pulled for in Clemson's Natty games against Bama. Clemson or the SEC?

I will guaran-d@mn-tee you the local Athens and Atlanta stations didn't give Clemson anything even remotely close to this much press when they were playing for the national championship.
