UCF. The rich get richer. So does he still get his full 21 mill plus whatever ucf pays him. Tired of the seeing the same head coach just different school. Guess nobody wants to take a chance at an assist or a minority hire. Getting too repetitive. You give me 21 million to walk away and I do just that on a beach somewhere for the foreseeable future.

What does hiring a minority have to do with it ? You hire the best man for the job based on his resume, not his skin color.

What the hell does hiring a minority have to do with anything? First of all most minority hires fail miserably. If you are good enough to be a coach you will find a job. Has nothing to do with the color of your skin.I am so sick of hearing about this minority hiring bull ####. If you are good enough you will get a job and if not you won't get the job no matter what color you are. Stop this minority nonsense. You make yourself and minorities look to be inferior and charity cases.
