I feel we should be tolerant of other ideas. That doesn't mean we have to change our beliefs. i will always believe in democracy, for instance, but if someone wants to be a communist in their country...fine.

But what would happen if a large, and growing, portion of the country believes in undemocratic ideologies like Nazism or Communism?

Should we just keep letting those ideologies spread?

Being accepting/tolerant and agreeing with someone are two completely different things. I think you can love and serve a person while at the same time actively trying to change their beliefs when necessary. In fact, if you are not tolerant and patient, there is no chance you will change their mind about anything. To convince someone to adopt your opinion, you first have to win their heart.
