Is it bad that I can't get excited about a QB recruit anymore until I've seen him in ACC action a few times? Clemson has missed on a few and we don't see them again through the portal. Heaven help us.

Why is Clemson recruiting pro style (pocket passers) when we run an RPO based offense? Our qbs need to be more like Deshaun Watson than Charlie Whitehurst.

He was hesitant to run at first, and was eventually able to make that transition with some push from Dabo. Do we expect every pro-style QB recruit to have Trevor Lawrence’s ability to make that transition? If so, that expectation is ludicrous.

NOBODY was not offering TL16, and the implication that Hart is that level of talent is asinine. Could Hart become a QB to love, absolutely, but there are NO projections that even remotely equivocate Hart to TL16... c'mon guy...

You’re thinking of the old Chad offense we ran for a decade before Riley got here. An athletic QB does make his offense hum, but it’s more about being accurate and delivering balls on time and a good decision maker.
We haven’t seen what GRs offense should look like at Clemson yet.

With read option handoffs and designed QB runs. There is a reason why his offense thrived at TCU, and it starts with the QB position. Can you spot the clue in the attached picture?

We turned TL16 into a dual threat QB to fit our offense. Now we’re trying to do the same with every subsequent QB. We’re literally doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. Get a true dual-threat QB in here.

Homer Jordan was a duel threat QB. Trevor was a pro style QB who would run a draw or scramble as needed. Not the same thing

The article said we also offered the dual sport kid from Arizona
He was joined in offers Saturday by high 4-star Douglasville, Georgia receiver Devin Carter and also another Swinney camp QB this week in 3-star Tait Reynolds

And here I was thinking you posted this link about the article that referenced the 2022 cycle of biggest disappointment QB's... in which our Cade was number 1. And it also listed him as the number 1 rated dual threat qb in 2022.
Although, I disagree with the article. I think cade's story is still being written so I wouldn't classify him as the biggest disappointment yet. We'll see after this season.
