Good for him but his poor performance Monday had to be devastating..

for him..and it showed each time he missed a putt or lip-out in the home stretch as well as in the play-off.
Bottom line he pressed & wanted much better play for his Clemson Team.
It happens..to us all, at the wrong dang time.
Life & Golf will go on and he will survive & do very well.

yep he has been great all year. He looked devastated at the end of the playoff. Sometimes the harder you try the worse it gets.

Yep - unfortunately for him - and Clemson - a tough tough tournament... 79 Friday .. 77 Monday ... The only Nimmer-like round was Saturday - 71 ... ??. But sure he will go on to a fine pro career.... -

Congratulations again Bryson. You’re no doubt in rare company! A true Tiger through and through !!!! Appreciate most that you chose to come back to help the team out.
Probably had two All Americans & possibly a NC if your playing partner had stayed. Each their own... surprised it’s been since 2009.
Much success in golf and life. You’re a fine young man with your priorities in the right place.

K-too tried to tell us yesterday . . . but folks just wanted to whine . . .
Maybe we should read this one paragraph again and give him a pass on this weekend:
"Nimmer set a Clemson record for stroke average this year with a 69.73 figure, the first sub-70.0 average in school history. He had a record tying 10 top 10 finishes in his 12 stroke play tournaments and had a Clemson record 20 rounds in the 60s and 25 under-par rounds. For his 37 rounds he was 60-under-par, also a Clemson record for strokes vs. par in a season."

Amen brother!!!! Last year, he had an incredible one round over 75.... can’t in my wildest dreams think about how good that is.
