Any pest control people on TigerNet???

My family and I are staying in a cabin this weekend and I noticed what looked like a bed bug on my night stand. It look full of blood and I smashed it and sure enough it was blood in it. I then started looking EVERYWHERE But only found what looked to be the shell or dried up one. And I also found poop from pictures I seen online and it was fresh because it smeared on the wall. I never did see another live one but there is TONS of cracks and crevices in the master bedroom. Is this a bedbug and should I be alarmed or should I just brush this off. We aren’t itching like we’ve been bit or anything. Anyways thanks in advance.

I also have a question , i thinking about getting a log home in the mountains , someone told that would be a mistake , they said u have to spray for pest couple times of month . They said a log home has a lot of pest problems . Is this true to all log homes . Thanks ,

I’m not a pest control guy, but that doesn’t sound good...

Be careful that none hitch a ride home with you. You don’t need those things at your house.

Somewhere and pick up a can of killer to spray down your luggage. They can move pretty quick and you don’t want to take any home with you.

He took them home....
Do not take anything into your house before you wash and spray it. They can even make it into a pocketbook.
I think he said a hot dryer worked for the clothes. I assume there is some spray you can use for the bags.
He spent an unbelievable amount of money to treat his home after he brought them in with his luggage.
