Suspect in Howard's Rock vandalism headed to court

One of three suspects in the vandalism of Clemson's Howard's Rock is scheduled for court on Monday.
The court docket for Pickens County shows that Micah Rogers will face a judge on several charges including malicious injury to property.
Investigators believe that Rogers chipped off a piece of the stone on June 2, 2013.
He was arrested one month later.
If convicted, Rogers could face up to 20 years in prison.
Since the incident, security around the rock has been increased.
Michael Rogers, who is Micah's father, and Alden Gainey also face charges in the case. They are accused of obstructing justice and conspiracy.

I say let him swim until he finds the rock. If he sinks he is innocent... If he stays afloat then he is a witch, effin-rock thief and I says we kill him.
