Germans? Need info on ACC/ESPN Network

I currently have Sling with ACC... When the NEW ACC/ESPN Network launches in August, will things continue the same or will the new network be a addition, not on certain venues, etc...TIA...

I believe if you can get WatchESPN, you will get the ACC network.

I use DirecTV Now and it's not listed on there but DirecTV is.
