Is now where Clemson was in 2020/2021.
Their fall is starting almost exactly like ours did. Still have an elite defense but offense for the most part is starting to slip.

I was surprised at their play calling at times.

Agree. Seemed the later the game got, the Dawgs got away from the one thing that was working - the run. I understand the 4th and 1 call near the goal line. It's the screen pass to Jones I don't understand.

Dawgs defense was dominated by Bama's offense in the first half - 2 drives of 14 plays each. Dawgs could not get Bama of the field. Bama's third down conversions were massive.

They did lose Monken to the Ravens which has a lot to do with it.

I don't think that one actually made a difference as they had picked up the first down on the run anyway.

Correct. Except UGA extensively uses the portal and NIL. So they can turn it around quickly

Oh I have no doubt they’ll be right back in it quicker than us and are still a much better team than we are. Kirby will do what is needed, Dabo won’t.

They still pass the "Bus Test" with flying colors. My goodness, there was lotsa fine beef on the hoof between Bama and Georgia. Clemson was right with these teams a few years ago using the Bus Test as a parameter. Not any more.

Exactly! I was on the sidelines a number of years ago when FSU was really good for the FSU-GT game in Atlanta. Standing near both teams on the sideline was like the difference between night and day. FSU had studs at every position. Our guys, even the big ones, tend to look like kids, while the top tier teams players look like grown men. But I don't care how they look, it's how they perform, and right now ours are not playing like men!

Hasn't won a playoff game post monken. Carried to a early success by 2 backs recruited by Richt. Had a neppo hire for OC.
Be consistent if we nitpick the heck out of Dabo this site should do the same to kirby. But the closeted Ugha fans on here won't do that.

Nah, Georgia is consistently top 3 recruiting classes. They are not going anywhere. Us on the other hand has went from top 5-10 recruiting to squeaking in top 20 classes while not even competing in transfer portal.

Nope, they are not. Georgia may not have the dynamic QB that bama has, but they still have an elite NIL budget. Clemson does not.

SO Geogia loses to a very good Alabama team by 3 and that equates them to the train wreck we are? Not buying what you're selling.
