The offense has no identity or rhythm. Offense looks like sandlot football. Let Chad Morris and Jeff Scott take over offense. They're on staff, time to promote them.

Spiller needs to go as well. We've lost so many recruits at RB. He's just not professional in my opinion. If Spiller came to my house recruiting my kid versus a more professional coach... I'd go elsewhere. Don't get me wrong Spiller was awesome at Clemson but he didn't do anything in the NFL. If you look at current NFL rosters CU players are getting cut left and right.

#3 OC? Steeter was a below average QB and a worse OC. Jeff Scott and Tony Elliot basically carried on Chad Morris's offense. They both got head coaching jobs off that success and 2 Natty's. Garrett has entered his third season with the same QB and the offense still stinks.
