Full versus Partial Scholarships

Are football scholarships only awarded in full, or can partial scholarships also be given (like baseball)?

Partials are generally given on an exception basis....

for one year only when available and, more often than not, split between a couple of walk-ons.

Regardless of the amount of money given, any financial assistance at all to an arhlete in football or basketball is considered a full scholarship.
