great playing in the Doubles by the Tigers even though Virginia won the point...when you would have thought it would have been lopsided every match was close to the end

True. However UVA's #3 team is one that is rarely used

And hasn't seen much playing time this year.

Also while UVA is still winning they haven't been absolutely dominant this year. Like they only beat GT 5-2 Friday. Lost singles at 1 and 2 and had several other close matches.

Sucks that Favrot can't test his skill vs Shane today

Appears to be the only one putting up a strong fight. Not sure he will finish before the overall match is decided, but he is in position to make it 6-1 at least lol.

Virginia is definitely in a league by themselves and what the Men's program has accomplished in the last twenty years is astonishing...flat out dominating the ACC,finishing high every season just about in the NCAA tournament and then winning a National Title two of the last three seasons ago just proves they have taken that non revenue sport very very serious

their years long ACC win streak was finally snapped

this year by UNC. Unc has actually beat them twice this year and they are #1. However they are going to lose that #1 ranking in the next ranking because they were stunned by #55 Notre Dame on Friday. They also have a loss to #23 FSU. So Virginia is still probably the team to beat in ACC despite the losses to the Heels

I am always fair with the team, I just have high standards for what i think Clemson tennis should be.
