Warchant is the clear #1 site on the internet for FSU sports. Independent, privately owned. (The guy on the left, Gene Williams started the site back in the mid-90's.

NCSU and UNC would make the same requests, which would be, give or take, $480 million total. Then there is the GOR for the departing schools to deal with, which is the really expensive part for anyone wanting to leave. Exit fee is chump change compared to that.

I was including GOR in my thinking.

Sorry. The generic "exit fee." Total cost.
Hey, ACC. Why don't you waive our conference exit fee, get ESPN to reduce or GOR by 50% and then get Stanford to pay 25%. We'll pay the other 25%."
See how easy it is to spend other people's money? I'm good at that.

Or would a Silicon Valley billionaire agree to pay Clemson and FSU

the annual TV money difference between the ACC and B1G/SEC with some of their spare change? To keep Clemson and FSU in the ACC and add Stanford.

If FSU does not notify the ACC it’s intention to leave in the next couple of days they will look like blowhards with egg on their faces based on all the smack talk

Its absolutely beyond stupid to even consider those loser west coast leftovers. Abundantly clear the ACC has no clue what they are doing. And these idiot schools that were on board with this crap? If any of these bums had a spine they would all tell ND to just shut the bleep up! They have no dog in this fight and need to mind their own d**n business. So sick of this pathetic league. Sick of these dead weight basketball schools. And sick of ND.

Is anyone else going to be glad when Tuesday rolls around and we can start talking more about the season at hand and less about who is going where?
