FSU FANS...

Like all schools, there are good fans and some really nasty ones too. I was really impressed by several different FSU fans that congratulated us on the win, saying it's always a good game between Clemson and FSU. Some saying, "Good Luck, hope you win it all".
Win with class, Lose with class. Can't say the last few years that I've had any respect for much of the off field antics of their players, but I haven't had any problems with their fans over the years, at Clemson or at their stadium. Everyone I talked with or heard talking to other Clemson fans handled themselves very well and graciously. That can be hard to do when there's so much to lose.

Two years ago, the several fsu fans I encountered after the game were the worst bunch of obnoxious, entitled asssholes I've ever witnessed. Were you not around for the Bowden Bowls? Fsu fans are some of the worst, especially after they win.

Because if you and others say their fans are decent, I'll believe you. I just haven't experienced it like you have with that bunch. I went to Athens last year, and would say uga fans are more tolerable than the fsu fans I've encountered.

What upset me more than FSU fans, or anything else, was the drunk students I saw laying in the grass after the game!
Hate to see that kind of 'support' on my campus

standard), my 13 yo daughter was even commenting on the attire. I guess the flaunt it if you got it concept was in full force.
But to your original post, I had nothing but pleasant encounters with their fans. I believe for the most part that people will give what they get. I made sure to welcome folks before the game, and then congratulate them on a great game afterward. Its sports, it should be fun.
