From a recruit's perspective... what does Clemson offer?

honest question. What does Clemson offer that is on par with Ohio State, Georgia, Alabama, Oregon, Texas, Notre Dame, etc...
The Clemson Offer in comparison since Covid: (1) Playing time in big games and moments - no (2) comparable NIL packages - no (3) game experience against other schools hosting the best players in the nation - no (4) winning on national prime time TV - no
the LSU game mattered because of recruiting . the season is not over but the Clemson Is Over recruiting dig exists and gets highlighted on repeat

1) Ohio State is in Ohio plus their HC apparently* has a leaky third nipple. Advantage Clemson. 2) Alabama's best hope of winning now works for ESPN. Advantage Clemson. 3) Georgia's got more lawyers than coaches. Advantage Clemson. 4) Oregon. You must be kidding. 5) Texas' HC just lost to a HC with a leaky third nipple. And Austin traffic. Advantage Clemson.

Add to the list
6) Clemson is 73-44-4 against their very pedestrian in-state rival. Advantage Clemson.

curious why you put Notre Dame in your list

I don't get what ND has to offer other than a history that is now nearly 40 years old since they actually won a championship. They play the same ACC cupcakes we do.
I think Clemson has to go with it's strength, which under Dabo has been those things beyond money and football. faith, get a degree, paw journey type stuff. We are never going to compete with Ohio State, Texas or Georgia with money. Never have, never will.

So in other words your posing that same question to all other schools outside of your list of 5 or 6 schools. Clemson is still easily a top 10 destination school in football, cold hard facts say that. (record overall) Cold hard facts also say we have slipped in big games and overall since covid.
BTW Oregon and Bama dont belong on your list of current or upcoming "elites" Oregon lost to georgia 49-3 in chik fila kick off classic and got trounced as the #1 seed in the playoff in the first round. I get they have cool uniforms nike alum and lots of money and a coach that likes to talk but they have accomplished jack. Actually even Texas who i do admit is getting better for all the "crowned arrival" talk they quickly lost in the first round to washington in there first playoff.........were gifted yes gifted a win by the refs against Arizona state, and had to slip by a broken down clemson team via some more gifted calls (overturned pick 6 by clemson) and horrid run defense on 3rd and long.
And oh by the way they lost to georgia twice, only decent team on there SEC schedule last year. so texas hasn't done jack either. and Bama is 5-5 in there last 10.
You can go ahead and throw Bama, Oregon and Texas off your little list, they dont belong, replace them with michigan a team that actually accomplished something.
