After year upon year of utter customer service failures somebody there could just go find the manual ticketing and parking process used in the 1950s, 60s, 70s, 80s The absolute number of tickets available have changed very little in 40 years. I get that the number of season tickets and parking have grown, but this was run pretty efficiently 30 years ago in an IBM 386 Computer world.

Frankly whoever runs this program should be embarrassed with all the technology available now it should be easy.

It is easy. I don’t get what you are complaining about.

Tickets are available in the app, you can now transfer/sell/add to wallet.

Parking is still on schedule and hopefully will get that info soon.

What’s the problem?

We are in 2022 and despite the way I hate it, we are in a digital world and will never go back. So happy that I retired 8 years ago before things got to the point they are today.
