Over the past 10 seasons, the Tigers are 17-28 against South Carolina, 6-25 against Virginia, 9-20 against UNC and 18-18 against Florida State, for a combined total of 50-91 and a winning percentage of .354.

one can only hope that A) changes are made to this staff for next year (b/c this same group can't be the same ones in charge next year) and B) that is hopefully to let Jack bow out gracefully after next year and have a transition plan in place.

Doesn't surprise me at all, and I think that is the right move and get rid of everyone and get some fresh new talented assistants to get these guys goin again...and let Jack go out the right way...but it sucks if he doesn't let but maybe one or two go and kind of the same staff comes back the attendance is going to be freakin awful and I hate that but a lot of ppl are unhappy and will show it by not coming...unfortunately no longer live up there or would go more but definitely noticed the drop off the few weekends I was able to make it up

As I said in another post I'm not too crazy about it but I love Clemson baseball and I will stick by this team and staff as long as they take the field and I will be ready to follow and watch again in the spring next year.

from the parent of a signee........i responded though i wasnt happy with pitching, im more disgusted with being at the bottom of the acc in fielding for the last couple yrs.......no excuse for the errors we see every game......these kids arent that bad in high school.

No surprise! I just don't see how Drad can ignore the four year slide of the program under Leggett. The poster above showed the records against better competition . I can only hope that Drad has Leggett on a short leash. I hope he has demanded changes on his staff as a condition of keeping Jack as head coach. I hope that Drad has made clear a bad record next season will get him fired. There will be a lot of empty seats because people will not put up with mediocre baseball. I guess we have to hit rock bottom before real changes are made.

Not so fast....things may not be what you think...wait until the contract is spelled out and then we will see. I am expecting one more year and then Jack rides off into the sunset. With so many be picked to go...will depend on how young the team is again and we have already had a couple to go pro out of high school. If and this is a big if....pep is gone...then that means change had to be done. Interesting to see what is done with the hitting coach.

Is it worth putting this program in the toilet to please the arrogant jerk? Get ready for a season of no fan support and major discontent . We don't have a baseball team next year.
