Because Safety is where you play guys who run the fastest 40 time at the opening in Oregon?
Lol.. he'll be shutting down opposing teams' fastest WR, starting from the line of scrimmage in press coverage. And like Mac, he'll be physical enough to push said receiver around, ultimately disrupting the timing of his route.

I shouldn't dignify this with a response but.... That is exactly why you lost him. Coupled with your cootbag coach saying he is leaving in 2 or 3 years. Cough this year if he tanks it. BTW your sinking ship won't last long plugging the holes with bubble gum (metaphor for signing 48 JUCO recruits). Half them won't play and the other half leave after a year of mediocrity.

I still like Baker. With his height and speed he could be lethal. Needs to gain weight but did a pretty good job last off-season.

I could see Fields getting a redshirt. Mack is very likely gone after next season, but hopefully he will stay and we can see one full year of pure shutdown corners.
