For my state and I certainly never wanted the coots to win anything when I lived in SC. I just never understood this thinking. Its kind of like rooting for the almighty SEC.

This one isn't a April Fools. Dawn Staley isn't the Joe Morrison or Steve Spurrier type that wore their #### on their shoulders. And I have to admit, I wasn't happy when the lady Tigers lost to the Lady Gamecocks.

But if the Lady Tigers aren't going to win, l would pull for the Lady Gamecocks. It's not one of my major sports. And some the people of state will be happy. Why not.
