I just can't understand why HJ isn't our QB over KB. Maybe our coaches don't want to show off our riches at QB, and are ok with just showing off the lesser of the two in KB over HJ!!! I'm thinking they either don't trust our receivers, or bc HJ isn't a QB/RB, even though HJ has a good set of wheels on him!!!

I'm sure KB has a better handle on the playbook, blocking assignments, defensive coverages, etc... Just saying there is more to it than simple talent.

Before the season, Dabo explained it like this.
With the freshman, you might get a BIG play- but then they
would follow it with a negative play. Also they would be
guilty of not making the right checks, especially in blocking
situations.
"HE" (Swinney) said Bryant was better at keeping them in front
of the chains/ less negative plays.
But, ya have to believe the young guys need, deserve more PT-
especially Johnson.
IMO...
I have no doubt there may have been some growing pains with Johnson.
But I have no doubt it would have been few- and the upside was much
greater with him at the helm. (heck thought that in Feb, STILL DO)
Having to wonder, if Bryant has reached his potential already.
Like to see Hunter get more significant PT....not junk time.

The way HJ looked in live action yesterday, 5 for 5, for 42 yards and a TD with the short amount of time he was in the game. He looks like maybe he should be our starting QB from here on out, with KB as his back up, the same as it was with DW4 and Cole trading places....

It was pretty cool to watch.
BTW, when HJ15 came in so did Tee Higgins, Amari Rodgers and Cannon Smith.
Probably not a coincidence since they practice together.

Bryant has beaten three top 15 teams. He's our starter, the better QB right now, and our best chance to win.
