If you were listening, what Streeter said was Kelly Bryant is our our QB.

I wonder what that means in terms of his actual position...
Does that mean that even if he doesn't win the job he will run short yardage plays and true run situations similar to Tim Tebow/Chris Leake at Florida, Tyrone Swoopes/Shane Buechele at Texas, or Landry Jones/Blake Bell at Oklahoma?
I don't think we would really have room for him at a receiver spot or RB because we already have a lot of highly touted weapons at those skill positions. And I doubt they would move our (then) backup QB to linebacker or safety just in case something happened to the starter.

I think it means that he will play, probably at QB, maybe not start but he will play.
I think Elliot is planning on uptempo more than last year... we now have the depth at OL and WR and RB and QB to out tempo the few schools that might out talent us.

Line him up as a tailback.

To this point he is the most dynamic runner we have, IMO. He's big, He's shifty and He's fast. He is way too dynamic to sit on the bench if he doesnt win the starting QB job.

If Bryant does not win the QB job he would be one heck of a wide receiver.....which he would also be best suited at the next level with that speed & size......Go Tigers!!!!

Only took sapp a season to show nfl potential at a position - even with partial PT and considering the exposure we get after winning natty he could make some hay

I can see lining him up as a wide receiver and run the jet sweep to him. If you hand it off to him instead of the flip pass he would have the option to run or pass.....I like it!

starting to feel bad for kb

this sounds like that auburn qb from last yr who only got a couple snaps, and also that lorenzo nunez character, and that ft dorchester kid that just went to usc. exceptional athlete but unsure if qb is right position
id think putting him in at tight end honestly, and just try to get him in open space without taking away snaps from wr's

Yes he was but our wr depth back then is not what it is today. Would be hard for KB to see the field imo if he were to switch to wr

I don't see what the hype is about with HJ. Dude was barely a 50% passer in high school in Indiana, yet people are slobbering over a dude that has no experience. Give me KB, Feaster and RR in zone read, fly sweeps and play action passes all day. Our offense relies on a true dual threat not a guy like HJ. Look at Mitch trubisky at UNC, great passer, wrong offense. When you don't have to respect the run from a qb in our system, you're toast!

Tajh could run and pass. Offense was great. DW4 could run and pass. Offense was great. Cole could pass but not run. Offense was mediocre at best. Me thinks you are right.

Cole wasn't a Chad Morris type of QB. He was a good QB in a Chad Morris tweaked system for a passing QB to be successful running it. Cole was not a mediocre QB, the duel threat system wasn't a system right for Cole!!! It's not the right system for Tom Brady either!!!
