O Lineman NFL/Current HC/5 Years Drafted
Clemson 5 5 4
UF 9 3 3
Tenn 3 3 3
UGA 9 9 10
Scar 4 0 2
Auburn 4 0 2
There's a false narrative being pushed...and even supported by our own fans...
I hear remarks like... "We have to start putting O-lineman in the league.."...."Once we start putting O-lineman in the league.."
Just a quick glance on some schools we're recruiting against...
UGA is doing well...obviously...
But we are on par or better than others... Sure UF has a bunch in the league....but they aren't recent and Napier certainly can't take credit...
Scar and Auburn has some guys in the league but no credit to their current staff...In fairness Freeze just got the job at Auburn...
In case it's not obvious....my numbers...first column..current NFL rosters...next column how many of those the current HC can take credit for...last column...self explanatory...but it's last 5 years draft..

Yep, we put them in the NFL, but the Clemson culture seems to scare some away maybe. We’re grounded and we care, so they’re just wanting to go somewhere where they can do whatever.

The facts are he put our numbers up against a bunch of losers besides Georgia who has doubled us up just about lol now let’s put those up against real teams to figure out just how much we underperform/ don’t develop

Does make some sense that our issues this year are related to playing time since we aren't really losing anyone. Hopefully next year will be a rebound for us.

Dude you conveniently left off numerous programs that are way ahead of us with oline numbers. This might be the worst post I’ve ever seen to try and defend Clemson 😂
Our oline annually sucks and we don’t have an oline coach. That’s that. The recruiting is getting better but who the heck is coaching them? That’s why nobody is developing and it’s why we’re having to move guards to center and move guards to tackle 😂 it’s a nightmare

You put up 1 program that matters and that’s Georgia. Who cares about Florida, auburn and Tenn lol what about Bama, Ohio state, Oklahoma, hell even bet close to half the big 10 has more than we do in the pros lol

Yeah, teams we specifically lost recruits to UF, UT, SC and UGA(Freeling last year)

That’s correct …
We lost recruits to them ..and part of the narrative has been putting lineman in the NFL…
UGA is the only team that can honestly make that claim…the rest …not so much…

We’re not losing to these schools due to linemen in the pros. It’s more to do with Thomas Austin. He’s a rookie basically with nothing to sell

We need more NIL dollars to attract more elite athletes to the upstate. I know it’s not everything, but it has become a recruiting tool for many Power 5 schools.
