Didn't they sued in court over Juco with Paivia and now JC doesn't count against eligibility? And then the Covid year everyone got back.

He must have his undergraduate degree. Working on advanced degree, needing to carry 9 hours and pass 6 per semester. I think. Been a minute since worked with eligibility.
