Fact or Fiction: Guys announcing for Portal are OUT of Bowl

I've seen a bunch of posts saying it both ways....I would think "NO" because the Portal is open until after the game. However, on the other hand, would the other players and/or coaches even want them to stick around the program after they've bailed on the team. On the 3rd hand, they have been a part of the team all year and may still be considered part of it if they haven't announced a destination yet.

And… if Dabo doesn’t want recruits to take visits after committing, he’s certainly not going to want portal players hanging around. They are not “all in”.

Mack tells his guys that are entering the portal that under the right conditions they can still play in the bowl game which I think is interesting.
