Yes. I’m aware. Because our defense gave up 6000 yards of rushing to them. Ewers didn’t beat us with his arm. And Cade and the offense put up plenty of points and yardage against them. Defense lost that game.

That's not on ewers. It what second and goal at the one and they pitch it outside. That reminds me of Clemson office that's so freaking stupid. Put them on her Center and run the ball again and again and lose if you can't make a yard at the goal line

I agree. My thoughts have always been, if you have 2-4 downs to get two yards and you don't, you don't deserve to win.

They had 1st and goal at the 2. In that case just line up and hammer it between the tackles. Typically you might get stuffed for no gain but usually not a loss. On 4 runs, chances are you are going to get 2 yd on one or over multiple downs.
