ESPN is a complete joke and a farce for a sports network. They've got more people working there who no less about football than I have hairs on my head! They got thrashed again this year. One would think that eventually they'd grow up but I guess that's asking too much.

Two of the top 4 were ACC teams, so I guess if you ignore that, then yea they did. Otherwise , why no props to the ACC. I know,, it doesn't fit the agenda.

... because given their current and historic status in the SEC, it means that they are even less likely to ever really be competitive.
If we were ranked 6th or 7th in the ACC in recruiting, I certainly wouldn't feel good about a story touting the ACCs national superiority in recruiting.
Basically all I care about is Clemson's recruiting success ...

I still can't understand why this surprises anyone. They are biased by definition with the sec network. Why wouldn't you pump up the conference whose succeess directly effects your profits. Get used to it because being biased makes them money.

I've already evaluated recruiting by conference.

It took about five minutes to figure out that the SEC got more five stars than any other conference. Without even reading the article I can tell you something they left out.
The high ranked players that went to the SEC got spread over their conference. FSU and Clemson out recruited all but one of their teams according to ESPiN. The higher ranked players were spread out over the SEC while the ACC was top heavy in this recruiting class. Clemson and FSU got almost all of the stars.
ESPiN's evaluation of conference recruiting might be a positive if one is a coot, Wildcat or Commodore but I'll take Clemson's class over being able to boast of conference domination any day. I wouldn't swap classes with Bama either.
GO TIGERS-ALL IN!!!

Considering most of them live in the sec footprint, why wouldn't they want to go to school near where they live. Nothing impressive about this. And the sec west getting love even though they proved to be a joke. F' esucsecpn.
