We'll win the Natty, and here's why, and not the reason many of you expect.

Because love never fails.

I've listened carefully to what Nick Saban says, and what Dabo says after wins, and there are distinct differences. Anyone notice?

1) Saban never gives credit to God or the Lord. Dabo does.

2) Saban never mentions love or family or taking care of each other. Dabo does. The part about the stars rooming with the walk-ons is impressive when you think about it, as one example. Saban uses the same old trite phrases with the words "opportunity" and "success" and "effort", but doesn't really go beyond this.

As I listen to Dabo, it is almost as if Dabo is highlighting the differences in indirect reference to Saban. Clearly, his philosophy of family and giving credit to God is different than Saban's.

I'm calling it now, with certainty. We win the NC.

Good Q. That happens too. Everything is a learning lesson and a preparation for the next thing. As Dabo said, prosperity is a terrible teacher. However, adversity is a great teacher. God's plan involves adversity, not cake walks. Plenty in the bible on this. Good Q.
