Anybody think he ever gets back on the field as starter in the NFL even when he returns back from another injury that will sideline him for a majority or all of another season. Cleveland also has a couple first rd pics next year. I don't see it.

I don't think so. He's too much of a liability, unfortunately. Plus, I think with all of the off-the-field stuff, nobody would want him. He had so much potential with Houston. Wish they never would've gotten rid of him and DHop.

No. The NFL moves on with a constant influx of new talent. Maybe he becomes a journeyman backup with a much smaller contract, but he got the big payday so wouldn’t be surprised to see him hang it up. I can’t really see him as the kind to be happy carrying the clipboard on the sidelines.

I doubt it. He looked really terrible with Cleveland last year. You can't convince me that he isn't better than a good chunk of the backup QBs in the NFL but Mason Rudolph, Kenny Pickett, Taylor Heineke, etc. all come at a cheaper price and zero baggage. So I think Deshaun's playing days might be done.

The good news for him is that the browns organization and current QB situation is horrible. If he takes his rehab serious, gets back into football shape etc. The opportunity to win the job will be there.
