DT Star Comparison

As it is a Clemson DT football weekend thought I would see how the star comparisons play out for Scar and our common opponent Texas A&M using the 247 composite ratings for the years 2015-2018. Clemson's average recruiting ranking is 11 vs 15 for A&M and 21 for Scar. Average recruit star rating for us is 3.7 vs 3.4 for A&M and 3.2 for Scar. So....not that much difference in star power for the teams playing tomorrow in Columbia. Think we'll see how much coaching philosophy and strategy can add - and the nod definitely has to go to the group from College Station. Thoughts?

There is also the question of who has overrated players vs who has underrated players. For example, does anybody really believe Renfrow is a 2star player? Or was he badly underrated?

Good comparison, I think if we would have played them a little later in the year and had game film on their tendencies, players & Jimbo's play calling with this team. It wouldn't have been close. Now I'm saying that with KB still part of the team & having a few different options (packages) with our QB's.

That being said, A&M will run all over USuC & Mond will have a field day. MusCramp will make adjustments in the second half, but so will Jimbo. I hate to admit this, but Jimbo makes about as good of offensive adjustments during the game as anyone I've ever seen.

As usual USuC has a few athletes (loosely used term), but Muscramp will not prepare them or put them in the correct places to make plays. Then blame himself & his other $#!%% coaches for not doing a good enough job to win the game. Well yeah! We all know this!!!

According to Dabo A&M signed more 4 and 5 stars than we did in the last 3 years was the stat I believe he used
