I need to call the guy who is in charge of these people

Sep 24, 2015, 3:37 PM

and see if he will tell me how to be one of those people.

Several years back, we had a guy who was averaging 30+

Sep 24, 2015, 3:42 PM

hours of OT every week. Someone got suspicious and started auditing his time. Turns out he had been clocking in and leaving at noon. Would return at 8 or 9 in the evening and punch out. No one noticed. They suspected he had done this for the previous few years. No criminal charges just canned.

I'd have to fire his supervisor too.***

They started auditing him because his previous supervisor was fired.

New supervisor was suspicious. He actually received a warning about time audit but was too dumb to quit while he was ahead.

There are hourly folks at P&G who have made $200k

Sep 24, 2015, 3:56 PM

in the past.

They have to work a lot of overtime and holidays to do it, but probably half a dozen at the plant sites pull it off every year.

I don't think this person will reach those

heights, but they will be doing pretty well. I really don't think a ton of education is needed for what they do, but a lot of specific training.

badge-donor-05yr.jpgringofhonor-aero.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

These ARE very key personnel at P&G.

They know how EVERYTHING in the plant works.
