Who benefits Clemson the most? Seeing that we've beat NCST head to head already, im pulling for the Pack.

you essentially have a 2 game lead over NC state already. FSU would have 2 losses in the ACC with a loss. FSU loss is better for Clemson. You could lose to FSU and still be in first place (other than Syracuse who I'm not too worried about)

Yea. I told my wife yesterday, as bad as I hate to, I guess I’m gonna have to pull for Nancy St this weekend (sorry Bret and I can’t believe I’m even saying that). As long as we keep winning, it doesn’t matter, but I’ll never turn down a little help. There is always a risk with going to Tallahassee.

But I'm pulling for FSU. Now that NC State is behind us, I want the best possible opponents in front of us. If FSU loses, it won't be a Top 25 matchup in mid-October and it won't mean much outside ACC fandom. If the Noles beat NCSU, there's a chance they come back into the Top 25 and provide us a much more meaningful game.
Yes, I know, it's a double-edged sword because that means NCSU would likely fall from the Top 25 and thus lessen our win against them. But I think if you're in more spotlight games mid-late October and of course November, that's what can boost your résumé. As the saying goes, "they remember November." Even though the FSU game isn't November, it'll have more buzz if FSU wins this weekend.
I also wouldn't be upset if NC State won and made our win against continue to look better, as many have pointed out. I think my mind is placing more emphasis on an upcoming matchup than one that's behind us.

NCST is still ranked in the top 15....so we need them to continue to win.
Them beating FSU all but locks up our spot in the Championship game.

it really doesn't matter whether FSU is ranked or not. The most important thing is that Clemson has an opportunity to play for the ACC championship. Ideally Clemson will be undefeated but a 1 loss ACC champ is way better than a 1 loss team that didn't play for the ACC championship. Because there is always a risk that Clemson could take that 1 loss at FSU (who would have the tie-breaker over us), I am 100% pulling for NC State this weekend.

I want the pack to win. I don't want FSU to ever return to the powerhouse they once were. That's one team that has the potential to break the stranglehold we've had on the ACC.
