Cinci Getting screwed on targeting calls

Refs totally missed one on Pitt earlier in the game that allowed Pitt to recover a fumble. Now they're calling two questionable penalties in a row that are going to allow Pitt to kick a chip-shot field goal to win the game.

That was a 15 yard penalty on Burfcit. No doubt about it. That is football in 2016

Regardless, if the fans really cheered Rapesburger getting hurt, the whole city should be embarassed anyway.

Plus, he made helmet to helmet contact which knocked Bernard out. Those served kinds of hits the penalty is meant to prevent.
If that was the right call, so be it. But refs are incredibly inconsistent to the point that nearly every one of these calls looks questionable.

I kind of liked the Bengals over the years. After today, it will be a long time before I cheer for them. Their players and their fans were disgusting today. At least it was fun to see Martavius make an amazing TD catch.
