Does Dabo know he should have played HJ

And just doesn’t want to admit it? He never admitted it when he played Stoudt ahead of Watson. He eventually figured it out but I don’t believe he ever admitted it was a mistake to play Stoudt.

If it would have crossed his mind, maybe we would have won the game

Tis the question. If it were not for the Stoudt DW situation, I would trust the coaches. However, we know how that worked out.

Yes but, some of the sugar licking ASSE$ on this board think that we were suppose forget that it ever happen, and that we wasn't suppose to know that Dabo is actually human and makes mistakes. But I'm not going to pretend that it never happen, or that Dabo doesn't have any faults bc he does. For what ever his reasons are, he believes or feels that senior members on the team should be given first dibs at a position over less senior players if they can play the position, and I don't agree with that way of thinking, and I'm not going to act as if I don't see that in Dabo, and I don't care about why he see's it that way. My belief is that every player should be judged by their ability and talent level whether it's a true freshman or a last year senior. Play the best that you have on the team regardless if it's a less experienced true freshman loaded with talent over a senior with years of experience with less talent and it's noticeable that the freshman's ability makes them the better player. I will take loaded with talent and the ability factor to do a great job, over experience and average talent every time in every instance!!! In sports, the experience will come, natural talent and ability to perform above average is in a an athletes DNA, they are born with the it factor.

You know HJ is ready for calling protections? Is he up on all the playbook or will they have to run a certain package with him? How are his pre-snap reads? Is he consistent with his timing routes that'll set up the downfield passing game? You don't know these things bro. Based on physical ability alone I thought he'd possibly be at QB1 by now, but he can't even surpass ZC. You gotta understand there's a reason for that

I know ZC stared down his #1 receiver, failed to throw the ball away when he should, got intentional grounding, ran slow, need I go on? What good is knowing the playbook if you can’t execute it?

And you don't think a true freshman would do that?

I think that's the point of this whole debate. Our back ups are a redshirt freshman and a true freshman. Neither is really ready

I do know this......Johnson finishes drives which results in touch downs while he is in the game while Cooper does not finish his drives or score touch downs when he is out there......and that is all I need to know.....Hunter Johnson should have gotten his chance last night and we would have probably won that game.....Go Tigers!!!!!!!!

I get all of that but I believe that if Hunter was put in and he told the O-line to block your man, and told the receivers to go long, we would've had a better chance

The kid gets the ball out very quick and on target, and that is exactly what we needed against Cuse hyped up defense!!! Kids play much better when they are having fun, and when your QB is absolutely struggling the way ours were, nobody is having any fun!!!
