less than a year ago, many on tnet were calling for Pearman to become our starting quarterback, because Case couldn't cut it.
Where are they now? Are they all running around wearing #2 jerseys?

Yes. Some put far too much stock into a spring game. If we went by the results of a spring game, than we'd have been watching Jamaal Anderson Jr at starting LB all season, yet he barely played.

Everyone with two brain cells knew that DJ decided where the ball was to be thrown before the snap. If DJ wasn't looking at you, you were just a decoy and just had to breeze through your route. That was embedded in their minds and almost all the receiver took plays off.
The hangover was horrible.

I was one of them and I was wrong. After the spring game and even the UGA game, Cade looked more of the same. Something changed and the game suddenly slowed down for him.

Suggest getting him into the lineup for mop up duty when it occurred but it rarely did.
I LIGHT Cade a lot especially after seeing what he done did at Texas vs those very good defenders.

I agree, I thought Pearman would have a better year. Hopefully he transfers out and has success elsewhere. The interception in the South Carolina where that’s the only thing you could not do was inexcusable . Look up Pearmans records vs good teams and it’s not very impressive
