DJU and U of Hawaii

Why not? They were 3-10 this year. Their sophomore QB recorded the 118th worst QBR this year with 45 rushing attempts for 47 yards and 13 TDs/10 INTs. DJ rushed 142 times for 545 yards. Clearly Hawaii isn’t expecting the QB to run. Head coach is Timmy Chang who set NCAA passing records.
Seems like it could be a good fit and change of pace for DJ. Mahalo.

That lack of tight spiral would be a PROBLEM.

The longer this drags out the more obvious it is that the rest of the league saw what most fans saw. He might not get a spot on a team people

He will definitely get a spot but it probably won't be a very good team.

I think there is a good chance DJ appears in the National Championship game next year. The D3 National Championship game .

And yet he was better than CK in practice every week. Weird.

The better quarterback sat the bench most of the season. Why did that happen? That's the sixty four gazillion dollar question. Water under the bridge now. But regardless of whether this year's Tiger team would have been competitive in the College Football Playoff, it's CLEAR now that we could have been there. And losing to that coot team was a DISGRACE. With a competent offense for four quarters we hang 60 on that bunch.

Yeah, the Tigers 5th QB on the depth chart has landed out of the portal and the "starter" is still looking. That tells you something.

Look for DJU to sign with a power 5 school and have a decent year. I can also see him being drafted the following year.

Fantasy - why wait? What difference will a year make riding the bench or playing FCS?

I think that for some odd reason, he’s still trying to go pro. If he went to Hawaii, those dreams would be over….although, they’re most likely over anyway

How would Big Dave split time following DJ in Hawaii and his brother with a top school stateside. Makes little sense.
