Count me as someone whose blood pressure doesn't move 1 mmHg over stuff like this.
We can have as many analysts as we want, why not have your son come work with you and try to help him get his foot in the door. Maybe as a coaches son, this is what he wants to do with his life.

That's usually how these things role.
Every major college is on the friends and family plan in some sort of capacity not just Dabo and Clemson. Nepotism, good ol boy, who ya know....call it what you wanna call it. It's just how things are.

My dad helped me land a job in HS at a lumber yard loading and unloading trucks, so this type of activity is common in more than just football. Unloading shingles and sheetrock (before the nice boom trucks) made me often wonder if he did me a favor.

Its common where the pay is substantially higher than what the individual could otherwise get on their own. There is a long wait at the union hall for jobs in the auto assembly factory, steel plants and on the loading docks unless you know someone.

Completely fine with this. A concern would be hiring someone with an analyst ceiling to occupy a crucial on field coaching position.
