I believe it's around Row U to be fully under when it rains, but any breeze can affect that as it's still pretty far up to the upper deck.

...during the COVID shuffle last year and were barely under the overhang. Wet or not would depend on the wind.

UV and UW are completely under. Stayed dry in 2015 ND game in my UV seat. Folks in UU were getting a little wet.
