Could see him being a late round draft pick that quietly has a long and successful career.

Maybe a Greg Olson type.

Greg Olsen was a 1st round draft pick, top 10 all time in TE yardage, had multiple 1000 seasons, etc etc. That certainly wouldn't be a quiet career.

I'd think he'd be a late round steal for somebody. Has the size. Not afraid to go up and get the ball. Good at blocking. Runs good routes. Routinely just does his job and doesn't make a fuss about it. Just a darn good football player.

He and Jake both need more touches!

Yes, Davis Allen is almost certainly going to be a NFL TE. Probably drafted pretty high as well; especially because he has shown both good hands and a willingness to get his nose bloody in the box. Something that is highly coveted.

Jake is better at running routes and being a receiver. He "will get his nose bloody" but is behind Davis in that area.

We have two really good ones!

a whole lot more who are exactly what Davis Allen is. A rock solid blocker, reliable route runner, and a great pass catcher when the situation arises. I do think he has a good chance to make a team, all he needs IS a chance.
