There seems to be a good chance that we land OT David Sanders out of Providence Day for the 2025 class. If you're bored and want some high quality entertainment, check out his video highlights. He might show up and pull a Mitch Hyatt and just start at LT as a freshman.

Oh how nice it would be to have 5 Offensive Linemen in orange like that one,for the Tigers line that could block and impose their will on the defensive line.Scoring TD's would certainly be much easier that is for sure.

The guy that comes on the roar on Thursday said last week that Tennessee was the leader for him. Did he flip back this week?

Clemson, UGA and UT seem to be the top 3, with USofC, OSU and Bama rounding out his official Top 6. UT got some hype when he took an unofficial visit and said positive things about them. He's taking all of his official visits and has said he wants to commit later in the summer.
I'm not saying I have magical powers of prognostication. I mean, I might, but I'm not saying that. He just seems like the kind of guy (smart, good family, etc.) that would naturally be drawn to Tiger Town.

How does he know? And was it just one guy that said it. Looks like we still have the only crystal ball for sanders

Honestly none of it matters anymore. There's no reason to invest in recruiting, because it's a year to year thing now. Like Zach Owens. Whats the point of getting excited about anyone? Obviously I want to have a good class, because you have to start with a good class to keep a good class, but my days of sitting on Twitter or watching NSD are over. It's ruined football. And it's going to get worse. Sorry to be a Debbie downer I'll drink my coffee now

I totally get where you're coming from on NIL. It's absolutely ruined college football and turned it into the NFL with unrestricted free agency with no salary cap.
That said, I still like following recruiting. And I enjoy going to high school football games here in north Georgia especially when there are Clemson offers playing. Dee Crayton played at the high school 1 mile from my house so I was excited to see him go to Clemson.
Anyway, you're right to be pessimistic about the college football landscape. But it's still fun to kind of speculate on recruiting and watch those kids grow and mature or waste away... all based on 1 decision... where to play football.

With Flapjack now in the rearview mirror, we will need another Pancake maker.

With Matt Luke in the fold we will consistently compete for the top lineman
Such a refreshing change.

Who knows what to believe anymore. Especially when it comes to NIL. I have heard, and continue to hear, Clemson is in a good place with regard to Sanders. Full Disclosure, I am a Buckeye fan. I hope this doesn’t sound like sour grapes. For much of the last 8 months or so, Sanders has seemed like a long shot to pick Ohio State. There was some talk among Buckeye recruiting insiders that Sanders won’t visit schools without some type of payment (I believe $5000). According to the Insiders, Ohio State or the Ohio State collective, was not willing to pay up front for a visit. Thus Sanders was not unofficially visiting Ohio State. A few weeks or months later, he decides to visit. Did Ohio State (or collective) agree to pay for the visit? Did Sanders decide to visit without being paid? Does Sanders even require a payment to visit a school? Was everything just made up? These are things I wish we could find out. There is always talk about money and certain schools (Miami). There is always talk of certain players being all about NIL. Who knows what to believe anymore.
