Rumor on one of the coot sites that Dabo is in with the Burch family one night this week. Can anyone confirm?
I sure hope he's got a few New Spring staffers riding with him.

I agree with you. While I’m sure he’d be a nice addition to our team and he’s a shy person he’s not giving any signs of leaning our way. I live in Columbia and my neighbor swears he has it on “good authority” that he’s a coot...not gonna fall for that but it could be true. He’s young, it’s his choice I hope he goes where he’s most comfortable.

I will say this, if the coot FB team could get Saban and his staff, or Dabo and his staff next week, Burch wouldn't have enough eligibility to win a NC at TheySuck. When your team truly is a dumpster fire, with the best coaches in the country, it would take years to get them in NC contention, Period!!!

It was on “good authority” XT was going to Columbia too. You can’t convince me anyone will be willingly committing to U6C with a Clemson offer and opening until they do.

He can say hello and goodbye and it doesn't hurt my feelings as my post clearly states I won't believe it until they do, which he's done. I hope he enjoys the added rest during bowl season of that "gauntlet" schedule to prepare for the NFL combine.

Well - if I were a 5 star recruit.. I would certainly spend my 3 years somewhere that I could win some championships .. and seems Burch does have options open ... Muschamp just won 4 games with his "most talented SCar team ever" and probably won't even be the head coach there this time next year, so I find it hard to believe that Burch is seriously considering taking his talents there. I'm sure Kimrey, Muschamp's son, and many others in Cola are pressuring him to stay home, but ultimately he has to do what's best for him.

I just don't understand Burch's interest in the coots. And it's not just because they suck. Why would a recruit that could name his school pick a program whose coach is likely gone after a year? I understand lesser talented kids somewhat just because their options are limited, but Burch can go anywhere. I'd normally dismiss his "interest" in the coots as just a kid protecting himself from all that pressure in Cootlumbia until signing day, but all these rumors that he's actually going there really have me scratching my head.

Very possible that he wants immediate playing time and knows he will get it at U6S. Doesnt matter how bad the coots are, NFL still scout prospects on bad teams and he can put up big numbers during his career. Remember, in 2011 Clemson picked up 4 five star players in Sammy Watkins, Mike Bellamy, Tony Steward and Stephone Anthony after a 6-7 season. Bad teams can still get good players. Pretty sure they have a 5 star RB committed to them right now.

Yes, Mar'Shawn Lloyd is a 5* RB. Early enrollee. Some of y'all seem to forget that when we had that 5 year run, y'all managed to land some big time commits that helped turn it around. It isn't outside the realm of possibility that we can do the same, you know.

No doubt you can land some good recruits but i dont think your going to turn much around with Muschamp, just my opinion. And even when you guys beat us those 5 years we still had a lot of big wins over really good teams. UGA, FSU, Ohio state, LSU, Oklahoma. I think just about all Clemson fans knew that it wasnt going to be long before we have a year where we make it to the NC, i dont think many expected this kind of success though. Can you guys say the same about your program as we did during those years? I dont think so.

Yes it is until someone figures out a way to use the Sokovia move that the Avengers used in The Age of Ultron and move the Uof SC out of columbia. If that doesn't happen, you have no shot at relevancy!
