But, he does need to stop being soft and truly figure out the issues we are facing. Don’t preach best is the standard if you can’t be held accountable to it.
Fans should hold coaches accountable. No one is tired of winning, if we were, we wouldn’t care this much about what we see.
Dabo can fix it. We should trust him to do it. But that doesn’t mean we can’t criticize a long the way.
Let’s not destroy our program over what is clearly an awful start to what might be a bad year for our standard. Look around and see, we aren’t the only program here. But, we do have the head coach and talent to get it fixed in the future.

He definitely needs to do a deep dive house cleaning of Asst coaches in the offseason. Most of our position coaches just aren’t getting it done.

Yea, that is clear right now. I think he’ll see it. I think he’ll address it. But it won’t get fixed immediately.

He has had 4-5 years to fix it, yes that is when the decline began, he is the problem.

Yes, we weren’t winning national championships. But, you could argue we’ve been on the cusp, or it’s a few choices.
This year isn’t like those previous. It’s glaring. It’s WVU beating us in the orange bowl bad. And that is when Dabo makes the big changes. Good or bad. But, when he does make that big change - it will make a difference.

Nope, we play in the ACC , that is like being born on 3rd base. We have not been competitive with the big boys for 4-5 years.

Next year is definitely the year to clean house (minus one or two). We don’t have squat coming back. Dabo needs to get some coaches in here that can teach the game.

Joe, he doesn't care...that's why he made terrible hires followed by terrible hires. How many times does he have to replace the OC? He thought all the success was just him and he could put whatever college friend or obedient ex player in and it wouldn't change a thing. If 5 years of seeing it wasn't enough it never will be.

Dabo doesn’t make big changes without clear, disastrous results. This is an unavoidable result - win or lose. It’s poor play, it’s unmotivated and it’s extremely poor coaching. He’ll make changes to address it.

I didn’t say Dabo isn’t the issue. I do think he is slow to make changes because he looks at the bright side. When he is motivated to make real change, he does a great job. We are now in that position.

Why should we trust him anymore. That press conference just demonstrates his mentality. He doesn't view himself as the problem, he views the fans criticisms as the culprit. The buck stops at the top and he's the leader. Own the problems. We dont need another politician side stepping the issues.

It's genuinely time to rebuild the entire program from the ground up before we spiral into nothingness for who knows how many years. Will Dabo make the changes and clean house and try to outreach for players and coaches who actually want to play and buy into a new culture? Who knows. But it's what needs to be done at this point. That's apparent now more than ever because we may go 2-10 this year.

The problem is we have supposedly been building to this year. While for 5 years alot of issues have been pointed out pleading for a change or explanation and all wear have heard was this is the year of payoff. I didn't see it...though I didn't think we would be this bad. The next few years look worse personnel wise but maybe those guys will care more and put a better product out for hopefully a cheaper price.
