Yes, I’m sure his agent would have had no problem with that. You also have to go back to the time of the extension. Dabo was the “it” coach that we were trying to lock in and keep others away from. At the time, that is all we cared about.

They were scared to death that he would go to Bama and threw everything at him including the kitchen sink. It wasn’t a very smart business decision. We all saw the cracks even when the extension was drawn out

Maybe… you’d a real good lawyer and a great legal precedent to show a CEO has previously been fired and contract been nullified when the CEO took their eyes off the ball, began enriching friends and family at the detriment of the “company.”
