iPhone Friendly Play-by-Play for Baseball?

Mar 9, 2013, 6:05 PM

Does anyone have a non-flash source for getting play by play for baseball?

To clarify ... not looking for audio. Something like ...

GameTracker, but non-flash.

I have an iPhone as well, but I haven't been able to find anything. The best thing I've been able to find is www.d1baseball.com. They update the scores about every 15 minutes or so. I wish there was a play-by-play though.

Oh, that's the Watch ESPN app. I had forgotten about it. I can't use it because I have AT&T Uverse and it's not one of the providers that supports the app.

D1

Yes, I like D1 for ALL college baseball scores. Only problem is that it is usually an inning+ behind. It also offers links to each game, but most of those links (GameTracker and that lion thing we've gone to) are Flash.

I've also looked at GameChanger (b/c there are a few people on there that score the games). It is iphone-friendly, but it's not free (as far as i know).

There is an app called photon that costs $4.99 which can be downloaded to view some flash. Check the reviews on it and decide if you want to buy. At the app store
